Mr Kala has worked in the building industry for 13 year’s carrying out general building refurbishment work and in 2004 was appointed Site Manager.
In May 2008 he formed Alba Construction Ltd, a company that specialises in refurbishment and Decorating contracts.
The company has quickly obtained a wide client base working as either a Sub-contractor or principle contractor.
Mr Kala has overall responsibility for of Health and Safety, quality and financial matters.
He also monitors each contract to ensure Health and Safety Policies are maintained.
Mr Kala controls sub-contractor and consultants using an internal approved sub-contractor list where contractors are scored on Health and Safety, Quality and completing the works in the programmed time frame.
Qualifications:
CDM Co-ordinator in Practice,
CPD includes all updated legislation training for Health and Safety.
